Droughts Are Not Avoidable But Famines Are

According to UNICEF a child is dying every six minutes in Somalia. The crisis in the Horn of Africa is killing, starving and displacing 13 million people. The drought affects the whole Horn of Africa. More than 13 million people are at risk from hunger in Somalia, Kenya, Ethiopia and Djibouti.
